If you’re used to a more relaxed fit, you might find our sizing a bit snug — and that’s intentional. Our gear is made for riders who push hard, ride with passion, and demand the best from their kit. We recommend sizing up if you prefer a bit more room, but if you're chasing that pro-level feel and performance, your usual size should be spot on. Every stitch of Rothai kit reflects our commitment to grit, passion, style, and uncompromising quality. We get it — your Rothai kit works hard. But that doesn’t mean it needs a spin after every ride. In fact, washing less often helps preserve the performance and longevity of your gear — and it’s better for the planet too. Between washes, just air it out and spot-clean with a sponge and mild soap to keep things fresh. When it’s time for a proper wash, wipe off any heavy dirt first — your washing machine will thank you. Sorting by colour and fabric might feel like a chore, but it helps protect the kit’s vibrant look and technical performance. Stick to the care label for temperature settings, and skip the fabric softener — it can leave a residue that blocks the sweat-wicking, quick-drying, and water-repellent tech that makes Rothai kit so good. And finally, air dry whenever you can. Tumble dryers are tough on technical fabrics and energy-hungry too. If you must use one, go low and slow. Because when you ride with grit and passion, your kit should keep up — and with the right care, it will.

Returns and exchanges are simple. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by following the steps below:

• Enter your order number and email address.
• Choose whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
• Select the item(s) and tell us why you’re returning.
• Submit your request.

Once approved, we’ll email you the return address. Please note: return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty. Once we receive your kit back in good condition, we’ll process your refund or send out your replacement. For more info please see our returns page.

If the item you’re after is currently unavailable, don’t worry — you can sign up to our stock waiting list. Just head to the product page, enter your email, and we’ll let you know the moment it’s back. We know how frustrating it can be to get excited about new kit, only to find out it’s not available. While we work hard to keep our stock levels accurate, sometimes an item may sell out just after you’ve placed your order. If that happens, we’ll be in touch right away with options — whether that’s:

• Waiting for a restock (if it’s coming soon)
• Or getting a full refund for the unavailable product

Haven’t received your order? We know how exciting it is to be waiting on new kit — and how frustrating it can be when it doesn’t arrive as expected. If your order hasn’t shown up yet, here’s what to do: tart by checking your tracking link — it’ll show the latest updates from the delivery service. If the GPS shows it was delivered to your address, check with neighbours or a safe place in case it was accepted on your behalf. Still no sign of it? Get in touch with us, and we’ll raise an investigation with the courier to get things moving. Sometimes delays happen — especially during busy periods or due to customs checks — and we really appreciate your patience. We’re here to help make sure your Rothai gear gets to you, ready to ride.

We keep it simple and secure — just like our kit. You can pay using debit or credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay. Depending on where you’re ordering from, local payment options like Klarna or Multibanco may also be available — you’ll see what’s offered for your region at checkout. Every transaction on our site is encrypted with secure technology, and your card details are never stored or visible to anyone at Rothai.
Please note: your payment is processed at the time of order, including for any items on pre-order — so your gear is locked in and ready to ship as soon as it’s available.

Had a crash? We’ve got your back! We know that riding hard sometimes means hitting the deck. If you’ve had a crash and your Rothai kit took the hit, we’re here to help you get back on the bike. If you purchased your kit directly from us within the last 12 months, you’re eligible for our Crash Replacement offer — 40% off the RRP of a like-for-like item. To claim, just get in touch with us and include:
