We started with the simple idea of bringing the best from us to you. My name is Eddie Ryce and I hail from Scotland and have lived in Ireland since 2003, which is most of my adult life.  I am passionate about cycling and affordability.  Rothai exists to provide quality cycling apparel at a price that's right.

Rothai is Gaelic for Cyclist and we want to make products that give you confidence so you can focus on your ride.

We also promote Ireland as a cycling destination, with it's fabulous coastlines and challenging climbs, there is a lot to discover here on the green isle.

Our 4 leaf clover icon symbolises luck which is something every cyclists needs from time to time. Whether a professional making thier own luck in the final sprint to the line or the casual cyclist luckily missing that pothole, luck plays a major part in our life.
